COVID-19 Booking Promise
Whilst many people will be keen to have a long-awaited holiday in the privacy of our self-catering properties, we appreciate the coronavirus has left many nervous to book. We want to continue to provide our guests with peace of mind when making a 2023 booking.

- If COVID-19 international travel restrictions[*] prevent your stay you can move your dates free of charge.
- If your property is closed due to COVID-19 measures you can move your dates or have a full refund.
- We offer card payments for additional security.
- If you need a COVID-19 test for travel local testing is readily available at competitive prices.
Should you be unable to travel for your 2023 booking due to international travel restrictions* imposed by your own government (in the UK the FCDO) or the Spanish government due to COVID-19, then you can choose to move all monies paid to alternative dates (should you pick new dates of a higher price there would just be the difference in price to be paid). Further, should your selected property become closed due to local coronavirus measures we would offer you a movement of all monies paid to alternate dates, or, a full refund. All these options could be looked at 7-14 days before the start of your stay.
There are numerous COVID test centres on the Costa del Sol should you need them for travel. Fly Covid Test Centre is the test centre at Malaga airport, their prices for a PCR are approx. €70 and lateral flow test €30. They have an online booking form (please note we have no affiliation or personal experience of this company).
Please note the above does not replace the need for adequate travel insurance for your stay including cover for flight cancellations/ changes and for any COVID-19 related cancellations including, but not limited to, cancellations for contracting COVID-19 and/or being a close contact. Please note it is part of our Terms and Conditions that you have adequate travel insurance in place for your stay.
