Everything you need is located in easy walking distance making this your perfect holiday home. Situated 600 meters from the golden sandy beach of La Rada and only a short walk away from a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

A truly memorable experience, street level entrance, quiet environment and nearby sandy beaches and delicious restaurants.

Please note: As there are 16 steps into the property and 17 steps to the roof terrace that are not gated, this property is not suitable for small children.

Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of four people + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Bohemian style atmosphere, combining noble & natural materials with quality modern comfort

Casa Zafar has been completely reformed in 2022 using premium quality materials. You will quickly feel at home in this fresh, light and sleek house. The micro-cement floors are extended throughout the house and give it a sturdy yet warm atmosphere. The owner has beautifully decorated the house using quality furnishings in a bohemian style. As you enter the property there are 16 steps up to the first floor. All the living accommodation is on one level, with the roof terrace up a flight of stairs from the lounge. In the lounge there is a smart TV with an IPTV system with many English & international channels. There are also two portable electric radiators for heating in the winter.

This 80 meter squared property has 2 air conditioned bedrooms (with heating for the winter) both with blackout blinds. The master bedroom has a king size bed (200 x 165 cm), built in wardrobes and a comfortable seating area. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds (190 x 95 cm). Both these rooms share a beautiful & sleek shower room, with a walk-in shower, wc & sink. There is a heated towel rail for the cooler winter months.

Although, there are many wonderful restaurants near by, the stylish kitchen has all the needed equipment; microwave, AEG electric oven, electric hobs, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Magnifica S coffee machine, toaster etc. Please note the washing machine is located on the roof terrace.

Large roof terrace decorated for relaxation

Outside is just as tastefully decorated as the inside. From the lounge area, up 17 steps, you will find the lovely, large roof terrace, 90 meter squared. This amazing space has an outdoor dining table for 8, an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal BBQ and sink. There is a beautiful wooden sofa with comfortable cushions to relax in the shade whilst enjoying a good book. There are also two sun chairs provided so you can soak up the warm Spanish sunshine. On the roof terrace you will also find a washing machine, outdoor shower, drying rack and a WC with shower.

Central location perfect for a car free holiday

Casa Zafar is located in the lovely seaside town of Estepona and with its central location is perfect for a car free holiday. The beach walk way is less than 700 meters from the property and runs the full length of Estepona town. Perfect for an early evening stroll the promenade is peppered with Chiringitos that serve a wide variety of traditional and international food. The lovely old town of Estepona has cobbled streets & is a very vibrant and Spanish place ... it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful squares perfect to watch the world go by. For something a little bit different & special, try Casa del Rey, one of my favourite Tapas bars, located in Plaza Flores (very popular I recommend to book a table!).

Zafar is a truly a delightful place for a memorable holiday.
