Nearby is El Cristo Beach situated in a lovely sheltered cove - perfect for young children, there are also two superb beach restaurants. The picturesque Marina of Estepona is short stroll away and has plentiful bars and restaurants to choose from.

Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of ten guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Quality furnishings for both comfort and relaxation

Belgravia No.32 is set over four floors, you enter the property on the 1st floor.

Ground Floor:
The air conditioned family bedroom is located at the front of the property and has sea views. There is a king size bed and two single beds, this room has an ensuite shower room with basin, wc and walk-in shower. At the rear of the property is an air conditioned twin bedroom. Adjacent to this room is a shower room with a basin, wc and walk-in shower. On this level you will also find the games room.

1st Floor:
The main lounge is located on this level. This air conditioned, open plan lounge and dining room has a flat screen TV, SKY TV (Via IPTV full sports & Movie package) and a DVD player.

The lounge opens out onto the first terrace that has views over the Mediterranean and the marina. There is a pull-out toldo for shade and 2 dining tables ... one larger table for 6 guests and a separate small dining table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic electric hobs (stove top), electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine etc.

2nd Floor:
The air conditioned master bedroom is located at the front of the house with great sea views. This room has a king size bed and an ensuite shower room with a basin, wc and walk-in shower.

The twin bedroom at the rear of the house enjoys views over the pool & garden. Just outside this room is a bathroom with a basin, wc and bath with a shower over the bath.

Roof Terrace:
The private roof terrace has 4 sun beds for you to soak up the Spanish sun in the privacy of your holiday home. This is the perfect place to enjoy some quiet time away from the family while trying to decide where you might dine that evening.

Games Room:
The stylishly decorated games room is located between the family room and the twin bedroom on the ground floor.

There is a pool table, bar, flat screen TV (linked to the system in the main lounge), table and chairs to play card games etc (selection of games provided) and library of books for you to enjoy.

I'm sure this is where you will spend many evenings enjoying the company of family and friends.

Siesta in the shade or sunbathe by the pool

The large shared pool is approx. 30m from number 32 and is set in pretty lawned Mediterranean gardens. There are sun lounges available for you to relax while soaking up the Spanish sun and mature trees to lounge under should you prefer the shade.

There is also a large, poolside Andalucian style BBQ (shared with all guests at the Belgravia Club) which is a perfect place to enjoy an out-door dining experience.

Your terrace overlooks the Mediterranean sea and marina which is just a casual stroll away

Charter a boat for the day

The terrace at No.32 has a toldo that can be pulled out to shade the seating area. With views of the Mediterranean this is a lovely place for everyone to sit down & enjoy time together with an al fresco meal, the Iberico pork is particularly good here and fish is plentiful and fresh ... the fish & sea food counter in the supermarket at Carefour has a great choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic .... what better way to spend an evening than to sample the different Riojas and Cavas.

If cooking is too much like hard work there are many excellent restaurants in the area to try. Estepona Marina is only 300 meters away and has a wide selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. I love fresh seafood and my favourites are La Escollera in the fishing port (to the right of the main port) and Le Briconnet del Puerto next to the Club Nautico.
