A spacious and light apartment at La Perla Beach
As you enter La Perla del Mar you will notice the way the light pours into the apartment through the full length windows, which show off the views across the pool and garden to the Mediterranean ... on a clear day the Riff mountains in Morocco can be seen in the far distance.
In the lounge area for your entertainment there is a TV with an IPTV system (internet television) with many channels to choose from. The lounge opens directly onto a lovely covered terrace which has comfortable seating & a dining table to enjoy the warm summer evenings.
There are two sun beds for your use in the garden. The beautiful terrace also benefits from glass curtains that can be closed in the winter months, making La Perla del Mar the perfect all year round holiday apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob top (stove tops), an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc.
There are 2 bedrooms in this apartment; a twin bedroom which has an ensuite shower room with a walk-in-shower, basin and wc. The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment enjoying the views of the garden and sea. There is a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, twin sinks & wc.
The beautiful pool overlooks the blue waters of the Mediterranean
La Perla Beach is an exclusive development set in extensive, beautifully maintained, Mediterranean gardens. There are 4 pools to choose from and in the winter months the smaller of the outdoor pools is heated. PLEASE NOTE that as this is a shared pool we have no control over when the pool is or isn't heated or to what temperature, so there is no charge for pool heating at this property. The main pool will also be closed outside the main summer season, the date this happens is out of our control, but the smaller pools will remain open.
Take a stroll down to La Sal beach restaurant to enjoy a leisurely lunch
Spending time outside and making the most of the great Spanish weather is a big part of a Spanish holiday. With the pool on your door step it is the perfect place to cool down in the warm Spanish sun. Only a few steps further you will find the lovely sandy beach of Playa de la Sal.
At La Perla Beach there are two beach bars for you to choose from: Bahia Beach & La Sal, which is very popular with the local ... fresh fish, paella & sangria! Enjoy a little stroll down the beach and a long leisurely lunch while looking out to the blue waters of the Mediterranean sea.
If you wish to venture a little further, within a couple of minutes drive (or an enjoyable 25 minute beach walk) is the town of Sabinillas with a lovely promenade and a great selection of restaurants.
Playa la Rada in Estepona centre is peppered with Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) and with its long promenade it is a lovely place for an evening stroll while deciding where to eat. Also, the lovely old town of Estepona with its cobbled streets is is definitely worth a visit. Estepona town is a very vibrant and Spanish place, it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful squares perfect for watching the world go by.
