This apartment is within walking distance of a sun kissed sandy beach with one of the best beach bars on the coast. Here you will find many restaurants and cafes to enjoy and it is only 5 min drive away or a 20 min walk along the beach, making Paraiso de la Bahia a perfect spot for your holiday.

Rental terms
All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels). Mid-term linen change for bookings 14 nights or more (no mid term clean).
For bookings up to 13 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 14 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A 3 Bedroom Apartment set over two levels
As you enter this 1st floor apartment (no lift) you will find a well equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces, electric hob and oven, combi microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine - making looking after your family and friends easy.
On the same level you will find the airy lounge and dinning room which has a TV, DVD player and basic UK TV channels (BBC1 & 2, ITV, Ch4, CBeebies, CBBC & few other English channels). There is also a wi-fi wireless connection in the longe area on this level.
The lounge opens onto your private terrace with its own BBQ, this is a great spot for long leisurely breakfast planning your day or perfect for that moonlit meal. Also on this level is a stylish double and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom, with a shower over the bath, w/c and basin.
Up a flight of stairs is the light and spacious master bedroom with a built in wardrobe and its own en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, w/c and basin. This room benefits from its own private terraces (front and back), ideal for relaxing and slipping away for a quiet sunbathe; on the front terrace are 2 sun beds and on the back terrace comfy seating.
Pristine Pools and Tropical Gardens.
Paraiso de la Bahia has not one but 2 shared pools both with separate children’s pools, the first pool is approx. 70 - 100 m from the apartment. Each pool area has its own shower, w/c and plentiful sunbeds. The larger of the 2 pools has a wonderful waterfall feature pouring water into the pool. In between the 2 pools is a play area for the children which is surrounded by shady palms; and if you can tear yourself away from the pools the beach is only a short walk away.
Just a short walk to the beach.
Just a short walk from Bahia is a lovely beach that also has a great beach restaurant (La Sal which is very popular with the locals ... fresh fish, paella & sangria!
With such a fabulous beach and beach bar so close to La Paraiso de la Bahia you may not want to wander too far. Enjoy a sun kissed day on the beach, relax on hired sun beds, splash in the waves, eat a long leisurely lunch and siesta in the shade. In the evening why not wander along the beach enjoying the warmth of the Spanish summer to Sabanillas and eat in one of the many restaurants.
If you have had enough of the beach for one day, the ‘Pueblo’ of Estepona has managed to keep its Spanish feel of white houses and cobbled streets and is well worth an explore. The Ice cream parlour ‘Café del Centro’ in Flores square has proved very popular with my family .... offering good value for money, the ice creams are bigger in real life than shown on the menu!
Slightly further away is Gibraltar, 30 min by car, some of my favourite attractions are the famous Barbary apes that live on the rock and the amazing St. Micheal's caves ... just don’t forget your passport.
