Casa Peral

Casa Peral is a charming and spacious property. Crisp white washed walls, tasteful use of local materials and decor combine to create a special ambience. Please note there are approximately 7 steps into the house.

The open plan lounge, indoor dining & kitchen gives a spacious feel to the property, while the large windows gives a light an airy feel. The indoor area with the large terrace doors flows onto the lovely shaded terrace,

The lounge has comfortable sofas and a smart TV with Netflix and other applications (use your own accounts). The modern well equipped kitchen has ceramic induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster etc.

There is also a TV with a dvd-player (selection of dvd's available). The laundry room is located down a set of stairs in a laundry room.

The house has 4 bedrooms; one located on the first level of the property & a further 3 bedrooms upstairs. All the bedrooms have a TV with Spanish channels & the master bedroom has a dvd-player with a selection of dvd's. On the first level of the property you will find a twin bedroom with air conditioning. This bedroom has the use of a shower room located opposite, with a walk in shower, WC & basin.

On the second floor are a further 3 bedrooms; two air conditioned twins and an air conditioned master bedroom with a king size bed. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath with shower over, wc and twin basins.

The air conditioned master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, wc and twin basins. This spacious master bedroom enjoys a terrace with seating, overlooking the pool & the inviting waters of the Mediterranean.

The pool area is located below the main terrace. This, beautiful, large pool (10 x 5 meters) has wide roman type steps and a smaller pool attached making it perfect for young children.

Also on this level is a cool, shaded terrace with comfortable sofas and chairs to hide away and read a book or siesta in the shade. This terrace can be accessed directly via the master bedroom.

The covered terrace has a table for 8 guests and a separate area to relax with comfortable seating, making it a perfect place to enjoy time together in the balmy evenings. For al-fresco cooking there is a gas BBQ set next to the second outdoor dining area.

Iberico pork is particularly good here and ribs in BBQ sauce a particular favourite of mine. Fish is also plentiful and fresh, the fish & sea food counter in the Carrefour supermarket has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to light up the BBQ and sample a glass of Rioja with family and friends.

El Cristo Beach is only a walk away (please note it is 450 meters is down a hill to Avenida del Carmen), this delightful sheltered cove gently slopes into the sea ... perfect for families with children. There are two great beach chiringuitos here that serve mouth-watering snacks and seafood (please see our beach guide). Estepona marina is about a 2km walk (aprox. 450 m is up hill on the way back). There is a large selection of local and International restaurants to choose from.

The town of Estepona has a long promenade. Here you will find a lovely long stretch of golden sand peppered with chiringitos (beach restaurants) with many offering sun beds for hire. There are also many cafes, tapas bbars and children's play areas dotted along the sea front. Estepona a delightful place for your memorable holiday.
